Jon Petrie, Director of BBC Comedy says “As Daddy Issues becomes a threenager, it’s been great seeing audiences take Gemma and Malcolm to their hearts. Danielle has created a brilliantly sharp, fearless comedy and we can’t wait to see the Moscrips take the next, slightly wobbly steps in life with a toddler.”
Phil Gilbert, executive producer at Fudge Park says: "Danielle's series three scripts are total firecrackers - acerbic but sweet, surreal, always relatable, dark round the edges but radiating with joy from the centre. I can't wait for Aimee and David to bring their one-of-a-kind chemistry to these stories and welcome back our knockout supporting cast who help make Daddy Issues such a ridiculously fun world to spend time in."
